Capital Campaign Feasibility Study

Nazareth Farm is blessed. We are the only home repair organization serving our rural West Virginia community, transforming lives through a service-retreat experience. Each year, 350+ volunteers from all over the country come to Nazareth Farm to spend a week deepening their faith and repairing homes. Since 1979, We have served alongside our neighbors to address substandard housing by providing home repair. Unfortunately, the age and use of our Farm facilities have now become a limiting factor to our ability to serve. In 2016, a facilities audit was conducted. It found that many structures need improvements or replacement.

The first phase of this was completed in 2021 with the construction of a new Tool Barn and new parking area, along with the demolition of two large barns.

We are now looking forward to our next phases which include dormitories and farmhouse renovation.

We are hoping to embark on a Capital Campaign in 2025. As we finalize the next steps for our renovations, we’d love to hear your thoughts. We’re conducting a feasibility study to gather your insights and gauge interest in a Capital Campaign.

Over the coming months, our organization will hold a series of confidential interviews, informational meetings and surveys with our friends and supporters. We invite you to participate in this critical process, as your feedback will help us make informed decisions.
